In this 3-month Health & Wellness Coaching Program, partner 1:1 with Serena Napoli, NBC-HWC who will help guide you on your journey to enhanced health and wellness.
This program centers on the idea that you are the expert of your life, and your coach serves to support you with a solution-focused approach.
Feel empowered to take control of your health and well-being, and make sustainable lifestyle behavior changes that align with your vision.

- Holistic approach via exploring various areas of wellness and their interactions in your life
- Tailored guidance, support, motivation, and accountability
- Opportunities to:
1. Engage in self-reflection
2. Explore personal values, priorities, and strengths
3. Form a wellness vision, long-term goals, and weekly action steps
4. Identify and navigate gaps and obstacles
5. Execute behavior changes to achieve your goals
