Meet the Founder & Coach
Mazarine Wellness was created by Serena Napoli, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). This credential is recognized as the gold standard in the field. She also holds the Certified Master Health and Wellness Coach credential through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) and earned the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell.
Before founding Mazarine Wellness, Serena earned both her bachelor’s degree in marketing and her MBA from Quinnipiac University, where she also shared her passion for movement as a Certified Spinning® Instructor.
She began her career in media and marketing but, over time, felt compelled to focus her work on helping people navigate their health and wellness journeys. This inspired her transition into coaching, where she is now a trusted partner for individuals wanting to make lasting, health-forward change.

The Story Behind the Work
Most of us didn’t grow up completely in the dark about health.
We learned the basics, such as eating our vegetables, getting enough sleep, and moving our bodies.
Though, over time, those simple messages might have become clouded through endless advice, trends, and opinions about what we should be doing. In other words, somewhere along the way, taking care of our well-being stopped being simple. Additionally, our own self-care may have dropped off the priority list altogether as factors like work, family, and stress affected our lives.
Still, many of us think to ourselves, I know I could feel better than this.
We all have different bodies, lives, and stressors. There is no single right way to improve your health and how you feel. There is only what works for you, right now. Implementation matters far more than information. Though, building habits that fit your goals, your schedule, and your current season of life is where things get tricky. Life situations can interfere, motivation might fade, and old patterns might return.
This is why health coaching exists.
It helps you gain clarity, focus on what’s important to you, and create achievable, sustainable change through guidance without pressure and accountability without judgment.
You might ask yourself: Am I functioning at my optimal level of health?
It’s okay if your answer is “not yet.” Mazarine Wellness takes its name from a butterfly as a reminder that meaningful change is a process, not an overnight occurrence.
Sometimes, the difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it is simply having someone in your corner. If you’ve been feeling like that might be the missing piece, health coaching could be exactly the support you’ve been looking for.
