In this 3-month Health & Wellness Coaching Program, partner 1:1 with Serena Napoli, NBC-HWC who will help guide you on your journey to enhanced health and wellness. This program centers on the idea that you are the expert of your life, and your coach serves to support you with a solution-focused approach. Feel empowered to take control of your health and well-being, and make sustainable lifestyle behavior changes that align with your vision.

There are many goals that a health and wellness coach can help with. Some examples include improving eating habits, managing stress, balancing work and life, improving sleep hygiene, and increasing physical activity.

Without additional qualifications, health and wellness coaches do not write meal plans or exercise programs. They also do not diagnose or prescribe.
In general, health and wellness coaches don’t give unsolicited advice. They may offer suggestions, but ultimately, decisions are left up to the client.
